SHIPPING
We offer free shipping, on orders of $69 or more, to addresses in the United States, including U.S. Territories. For orders under $69, to the same region, we charge a flat rate of $5.
Orders are shipped as soon as possible and delivery times typically range from 3 to 8 days. Delays are possible during U.S. holidays. Please check your inbox and spam folder for shipment notifications.

Currently, we don't ship to geographies outside of the U.S. or U.S. Territories. If you are interested in a personalized shipping quote, let us know via our "Contact" web page. Provide the products you're interested in and where you'd like us to ship them. We will do our best to work with you. If we're able to accommodate you, Woof Caddy is not responsible for any customs, VAT or tariff fees.
We want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase and your experience. We'll work hard to make that happen.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we'll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase.

To make a return or exchange: Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For returns and/or exchanges, customer is responsible for return shipping costs and there's a $10 restocking fee per product.

Note, if 30 days has passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or an exchange of any kind. Thank you for understanding.
